Body
Usually when I meditate my perception of my body is quite fluid and changing. Often most of it is not present, I just see a faint border and even that often fades.
So what am I? It is quite fascinating for me for me how the answer to this question diverges once you put in the hours on your mat. I’ve been, light, sound, a shape, many things at once in various spaces and dimensions. And yet it’s always me. The me though is something Hard to pinpoint. Me a consciousness? Me a perception? Me creating the perception?
The more you think about it the finer your attachment to this earthly body becomes. And that’s liberating. I’m always here. No matter the form. No matter the here.
